My disabled partner bought a Kia Sedona from here. Drove it home, with the kids in it. The next morning it wouldn't start. Tried for a week to get hold of some bloke, who basically said "tough". We are seeking legal action. Buyer beware.
I bought a car from here and quickly realised the head gasket was on it's way out - took it to my garage who confirmed. CMS ignored my phone calls and emails, so I had to go back in person. They fobbed me off, saying it was just a hose and did a bodge job to replace it. Continued to have problems but because it was outside of the 28 day warranty they refused to fix it. They were rude and intimidating. Eventually had to go to court and then get the bailiffs in because they refused to pay. I got my money back. If the same has happened to you, report to Trading Standards, go to court and if you need to, transfer your judgment to the high court and get Enforcement Officers in. They should be shut down.

Sorry I've just seen this. I started with Small Claims court - you start this process online on gov.uk Once I had a judgement from the court and they failed to pay I used an enforcement company (I used Burlington who are national but there are plenty of others) and they transfer it to the High Court (there is a cost, which you get back if they successfully get your money back - it was £60 when I did it) Once they have a High Court writ, they will go and get your money back. The garage had the cheek to ask for the car back in return for the money but you don't have to; in my case the car was already scrapped!
Drove it away and noticed 2 faults straight away, was told it was not his problem. Wasn't in the least interested in the sales of goods act.
We bought a car from here in April and took it to our local garage to look over. He was outraged and couldn't believe that someone would sell a car in its condition especially after having supposedly just passed its mot. We took it back and to be fair they fixed a number of the issues but I would suggest you avoid this dealer or have someone thoroughly check your purchase.
bought a car from them, it was off the road more than it was on, asked for my money back and it was still under warrente, they said they dont do that, they will repaire it, but never did, and thats as long as you take it back to them, they will NOT help you get it there iether. they just said they couldent find anything wrong with it, got it back and i had to call them, they waited till the warrente was about up, theyed used all my petrol, drove it home for it to last three days. fed up of them so i took it to a proper garage, it cost £700 to put right, was told it has never had a proper service in years. IF YOU DONT WANT THIS HASSLE DONT BUY FROM THEM
I was very happy, I purchased a Nissan Micra recently and the entire process went quickly and smoothly so I cant really say anymore. 4 Stars

Poor sevice from the owner. Buy it or bugger off approach. Very dissapointing. The website jargon of a family run friendly service is total rubbish. Just the oppostite in fact !

The staff were friendly helpfull. And not at all pushy, first impression were really good and the website also very good and easy to understand, I would certainly recommend them to a friend. The quality of vehiles was really impressive and an indoor showroom too which was a pleasure to visit,.

Did you buy anything though? I would advise a huge wide birth! They are con men, lie about everything but pay good lip service, appalling service refused to help or pay even when car was within warranty.
