Was interested in a car Cleckheaton Motor Sales were selling and asked if we could come back in 2 days to test drive. Was told needed to give deposit of £200. Even though I said numerous times I want to test drive the car first they never pointed out the deposit wasn't refundable. Unfortunately I stupidly didn't read the paper I signed. Be very careful if you are thinking of buying a car from this company. Don't pay a deposit unless you are definitely buying. They don't care about customer service and only want to get another car out the door.

Contacted Cleckheaton Motor Sales about a car and told them I would be down the next day I tried to ring them on the day numerous time and sent numerous texts and was ignored they could of just told me the car had been sold really frustrating worst customer service.

Purchased a car for £3000 in Sept from Cleckheaton Motor Sales. Turned up to collect and took it for furter test drive and a noise was present. Told to collect the next day. I live a significant distance so it was an inconvenience but I duly turned up the next day. The fault had been fixed but then I found the car boot didnt lock , So this was dealt with whilst I waited. On the way home I found stereo not working so drove back. The stereo was swopped but no code was given. The guy send e would text a code. Never got it. I texted a couple if times but no reply. I tried ringing and all you get is an answerphone with no option to leave a message. A few days later I noticed no aerial on the car and that the locking system to the boot was still faulty. Finally I wrote a letter giving them chance to rectify my issues before placing a review. Surprise surprise - 3 weeks on and bo response (and Ive just had a new battery fitted at £48). Once you have purchased, they just dont want to know. Just wish I had read the reviews in here first

Cars look great on the Cleckheaton Motor Sales website and on the forecourt. They leave you to look at the cars without hassling you. Giving you false confidence. Once they have your money they are laughing as they know what kind of cars there selling to the public. I believe they don't conduct any checks other than making it clean inside and out. Giving a false impression. I had to return my car after 3 weeks of the purchase. Stay clear. Luckily enough i had a full refund.

I bought a car for just under £5000 turn up to collect it as arranged, they were closed and all locked up, after alot of phone calls thru finally came back to reopen. Car had just had MOT done day before, it should not have passed! Back inicator light not working and faulty drivers airbag. Ive called and messaged and was told to book car in and they would have a loan car for me. Everytime i call they say no loan car available, now not answering my calls or messages! Avoid!!

Great set of lads down at Cleckheaton Motor Sales. Very helpful and knowledgeable, No hussle and no pressure unlike other dealers. Great range of small sized cars with low mileage at great great prices. Call down and see for yourself

After buying my car from Cleckheaton Motor Sales I had to return it three times in two weeks due to the car being faulty. The company never answer their phone to offer help leaving me stuck with a poor car. Do not use this company as their car descriptions are a lie.

When I got the car home on the day of purchase (40miles away, which they knew) I discovered the engine oil was empty!! Which makes me wonder do they even check their cars over at all before selling them? Had the car for 2 weeks and it broke down. Have had to spend £200 on repairs to get it going again. Garage didn’t want to know, all I got from them was “not covered by warranty” I’m expecting other things will also start to go wrong. I’ve lost faith in Cleckheaton Car Sales and am very disappointed
