Keiron deserves 5 golden stars. What a lad he is. So kind and so helpful and got me through he process with no stress what so ever. Very very professional staff and a brilliant dealership! Highly recommend.

To be honest I had some issues at the beginning, however the whole point of this review is to sing the praises of Keiron and Sam. I can not thank them enough, they were amazing. I actually broke down, I called them they got my car straight into the garage and got my car sorted in the bink of an eye. They have been incredible to me, no issues to big or small. These guys will bend over backwards to make sure you come out of your experience a happy customer. What a fantastic team! I love the Peugeot and Im so glad I made the choice of taking it home with me.

Very simple and easy buying from the Concept team. I got the exact car I wanted within a matter of hours. It was so quick. Everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable, definitely top marks.

Really really happy with the recent purchase of my BMW. It has been a really lovely, reliable car upto now, so I am very happy. The team who took care of the sale were brilliant, really friendly and honest and did everything they could to help me out. It was my first encounter with Concept, and I am sure it won't be my last, they were lovely.

It was Jamie who I dealt with when buying my Renault, and he was great from the very start. Explained the whole process clearly, and didn't rush through it at all. Any question I had he was able to answer, so I am really happy. Definitely would recommend Concept.

Not a problem at all, I am well happy with my Focus. Lovely looking car and drives sound. Gaz was a great lad, really helpful, brilliant actually. I'd definitely recommend Gaz and co.

It really makes a big difference when the team are helpful, and Sarah definitely was. She was such a nice girl, helped me a great deal. She showed me the car in great detail and explained everything so clearly. The car itself has been great, not really had any issues, and it is gorgeous to drive. Without a doubt I'd be more than happy to recommend!

Although I did have a bit of an issue to begin with, Concept have been more than helpful in getting that sorted for me. They reimbursed me for the amount it cost to get the rod fixed and were deeply apologetic. From start to finish they have been a great help, I can't fault them really.
