Bought a sound Ford Focus drives nicely and smoothly and in really good shape. The salespeople were sound too. I am going to buy another one soon as we want something a bit bigger too so I defo recommend.

I bought a Mercedes A-Class from concept which I absolutely love but I am thinking I might want something a little bigger in the future and Concept will be the first port of call for me! They are fantastic at what they do and have lots of options so I have no reason to go anywhere else,

I went to concept to buy my other half a new car I did the purchase and dealt with the company on her behalf. They were great very helpful and polite. I bought her a relatively new car (15 plate) and she's really happy. She loves it. She did have a few issues with the car with the clutch but concept got it sorted the cutch did cause some further damage to the car but everything was sorted and now it drives like a dream. I can't not rate 5 stars as they were so helpful and friendly and they got everything sorted for me straight away when there was a problem.

I love my Astra, it has been driving perfectly! 😍 I have gotten used to it in no time at all. The team at Concept are very friendly and helpful, I can't fault them.

Kieran at Concept is brilliant, he pushed our sale through really quickly, before we knew it we were driving off in our new Mokka. Its a great sized little SUV pretty perfect for what we needed, overall we are really chuffed with it and would recommend both the car and the dealership.
