I visited Concept in Manchester telling myself I was just going to window shop but I saw a Kia Ceed that I fell in love with! The price was bang on budget for me and the guys at the dealership made the process so easy I couldn't say no! I'm still so surprised at myself for such an impulsive purchase but I don't regret it! The car is perfect, in really great condition and I met some of the nicest sales staff I've ever met down here, I will see you all again in a couple of years when I'm finally ready to upgrade this beauty of a car!

They are great down at Concept! Never been before buying this Mazda but we would use them again for another car in the future for sure. Really nice people to deal with. The Mazda is really nice we've enjoyed getting used to it and figuring everything out.

Through no fault of my own I ended up in a bad accident with my previous car and it was written off. I found myself without a car all of a sudden, I returned to concept where I originally bought the car from and they were very helpful in getting me back on the road as soon as possible. First time using concept and I am really impressed, I was sorted out within a day from first seeing my Focus and deciding to buy it to driving it away. Really easy and quick to buy the car and no hassle at all. Where do I start!? I have used Concept for roughly 7/8 years and I can assure you that they are the best.
