Whenever I have gone to Concept Car Credit, they have always been great people to deal with, and the cars I have got from them have always been first class. The A-Class I got from them recently has performed perfectly even in the icy conditions we have had recently. First time using Concept Car Credit and I've been impressed with how everything went. It was only by chance that I saw them advertised on Facebook, so I submitted an application and after the weekend I got a call to say I got accepted and within a couple of days I was having the Clio delivered. As the car was being delivered, a stone hit the window and cracked it but fair play to the team because they were straight on it and stuck to their word about getting it repaired free of charge. I don't want to jinx it, but the car has been running well for the time I've had it.

For the moment we are very happy with the Nissan X-Trail from Concept Car Credit. The whole process from enquiry to driving away was good, quick, and simple.

My Peugeot is going well overall. I did have a small oil leak and a puncture initially, but when I called up, the team were helpful and got the issues sorted quickly. I haven’t been out in it much over Christmas, but I really enjoy driving it when I do. Gaz was fantastic, I thought he was very informative and helpful throughout the process. The handover was perfectly on time, 5 stars, because I was especially impressed that I got approved in just 30 minutes and could pick a car the same day.

Everything was 5 stars while I was getting my Kia. Since driving away the car has mechanically been fine but I did notice that the automatic wipers aren't working, so just need to get them looked into.

Perfect service from the team at Concept Car Credit! There was no pressure to go ahead with the car if I wasn't happy to do so. Although I'm not driving it as much as I'd like, for now it's going well and I look forward to better weather to get some more use out of it.

Really happy with my Audi Q2 that I purchased back in December. I purchased the service plan along with the car, and I'm due to take it in next week. The customer service was good, I felt everything was clearly explained with no hidden surprises. Happy to give 5*.

Other than a minor chip in the window screen the Kia Sportage has been a good car. Thank you to Kieran who was more than helpful when it came to filling in the paperwork. I'm not the best when it comes down to that type of stuff and he made the process simple.
