Thanks to everybody who helped me get my new car, due to poor credit I was stuck without a car, I was recommended Concept by a friend and very glad I chose to call and chat with somebody., They put my mind at ease and assured me they would do what they could to help. I went down, picked the car I wanted and the finance was in place the very same day, meaning I drove away. It was easy, quick and a lot less nerve-racking than I thought it would be. Bought a BMW and very happy with it. The staff were extremely helpful. I was in a rush to get the car, so needed everything to move quickly, there was a slight delay and because I picked it up a day later than promised they put a tank of fuel in for me, I couldnt complain at all and was happy they went the extra mile. Would recommend.
