The car was described well and I received really good customer service. The car is in great condition I am very happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying from them.

I recently did a part exchange at Concept Car Credit. I left my little Peugeot there and took home a gorgeous BMW 1 Series! Its an amazing car, such a lovely upgrade! I have been having the best time in it! I literally just had a phone call in the morning, and by lunch time I was all sorted, they were super quick sorting everything! The salesman that I dealt with was amazing, I told him what I wanted and gave him my budget and he found a car that ticked all the boxes, he sorted it all out for me, really impressed with the service I received... Probably the easiest car transaction I have ever gone through!

I have a gorgeous Mini Cooper from Concept; its a lovely little car and is so nippy! There was a few to chose from, but I'm so happy I chose this one, its perfect for me! The customer service was really good, everything was super smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend this dealership and would go back myself too!

My New Seat Ibiza is great, it gets me from A to B and is a really nice reliable car, I am very pleased with it. The customer service at the dealership was great too, all really nice staff, no problems at all. I'd definitely go back again.

FANTASTIC!! Couldn't have been a better experience at Concept Car Credit, I purchased a Nissan Qashqai and its lovely!! The car drives so nicely and I'm absolutely loving it! I can't believe its a second hand car as its in such great condition and was presented so nicely, definitely had that 'new car' smell!! The guys I dealt with at Concept were great, they were really helpful and got everything sorted for us quickly too. Had the car a few months now, its mainly for the wife and she's pretty happy with it. There was a few minor bits on it nothing major, they have all been sorted now, overall a really good car in tip top condition, I'm hoping this will last us a few years now but when we are ready for an upgrade we will certainly be back to Concept.
