I couldn't believe how quick and easy the process of buying a car is through Concept Car Credit! I went to view a BMW 116, I test drove it and loved it! They got everything sorted within about half an hour and I was driving away! The service was amazing I couldn't have asked for much more, the guy who looked after me was so helpful and easy going. I was driving a Citroen C1 before-hand so, to say I've upgraded would be an understatement! The car is everything I've always wanted, its so lovely, and as you can imagine - it moves much quicker than the C1! I will definitely be back to Concept in the future when I'm ready to upgrade again, but for now, I'm extremely happy with my new purchase!

I have just upgraded my Vauxhall Astra, I've always liked Astra's but I really liked the newer model and I was ready for an upgrade. I bought my Mercedes-Benz during very strange times. Firstly, I'd like to note that Concept Car Credit had put all the correct measures in place and I felt safe on site. Before entering, I was given a mask and gloves to wear, and all the staff adhered to all government guidelines. I felt comfortable and at ease - in a time where that was hard. The service was great from start to finish. The Mercedes is absolutely brilliant, I am enjoying it, when I can - I'm currently still working from home, so weekends I get out in it as much as I can! I've not had any issues with the car or the service, so I would happily recommend to friends and family.

I recently bought my partner her first car from Concept, she's still learning at the moment but she absolutely loves the Toyota Aygo we bought, it's perfect for her. Super cheap to run, cheap on petrol and insurance, we are made up with it. When we went to collect the car, it was perfect, there was no marks, dents and it was pristine clean, inside and out!
