Absolutely fanatstic from start to finish! We bought a Nissan Qashqai from Concept and its a gorgeous car. The condition of both the interior and exterior is fab! We picked it up and it was such a simple process, everything was made so straightforward and stress free... the way it should be! There was a slight mishap the next day but the way it was dealt with by Concept Cars was fabulous, they came and collected the car from my house and left me a courtesy car in the meantime. Before I knew it I had my Qashqai back and its been ace ever since! So pleased with how everything was handled by the team, their communication was fab, they were super helpful and friendly. I honestly cant complain about anything at all. I'll definitely be using again in the future!

I got a gorgeous BMW on finance from Concept Car Credit back in May. Everything was so easy and went so smoothly. I cant remember the lady's name but she was really kind and helpful and I would recommend buying a car from Concept without hesitation.

I have used finance providers before and haven't been too impressed therefore I was a bit apprehensive about how this was going to go. To my surprise I have found a finance lender and dealership that I will definitely be coming back to for all my cars in the future. Everything from the finance procedure, the customer service to the car itself, it was all spot on! I'll definitely becoming back here once my cars up for renewal. Cheers lads

Concept Car Credit are amazing, a few years back they got me out of a lot of trouble and really sorted me out with a new car that I never expected I could get. With the experience and the service I received, I've now come back to buy my Mrs a new car from here too. We're both made up with how the whole processes went on both occasions, we were really looked after both times and would not hesitate coming back again and again. The Audi I bought (I've had for a good 2/3 years) have had no issues what so ever with it, its been a dream!
