After some searching around online I came across Concept, I was interested in buying a car here as they cater for all credit types... They had a lot of range online, I wasn't too picky just needed something practical for the family and reliable. I went with a Qashqai and I'm over the moon with it, really glad I chose this car, its perfect for us all!

Excellent customer service, everybody I saw there was happy, friendly and very welcoming, it made the process exciting and not daunting. I was showed the car and asked lots of questions to which were all answered by a very experience salesperson, highly knowledgeable! I wouldn't hesitate returning for my next car.

Highly recommend Concept car credit!! There is a great selection of cars to choose from, and different finance options too, there was also different types of additional products that were available that seemed great value for money - never pushed upon me, just offered. I went with an Insignia on finance with additional warranty and the whole process was easy and smooth, the payments are affordable and Im so happy with my new car! I cant fault Concept at all and I will be upgrading with them every time.

I would give 5 out of 5 stars for Concept car credit. I bought a Ford C-Max from here and very happy with it. Laura was really helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. The price was very good, great value for money! I'm really pleased with it and I will use Laura and Concept in the future due to the great stock and fantastic customer service given.

Love driving my new car its brill I went for a BMW 118 and I'm really happy with it, I dealt with Gaz over at the dealer and the customer service from him was really good he was very polite and helpful. I wouldn't think twice about buying from Concept again.

What can I say I absolutely love my new Mini countryman I couldn't be happier with it, the dealer was exceptionally good, they traded my car in for a great price and even gave me cash to put petrol in it to get home, they really went the extra mile to help me. I would give 6 stars if I could, I couldn’t be happier and was so pleased with the rate I got on the finance as well considering I thought it was going to be a lot higher so thank you for all your help in getting me in my dream car.
