I was really happy with the customer service provided here, they did everything I asked them to, there was a small crack and dent on the car and I wanted this to be repaired before collecting, it was, they kept me up-to-date through the whole process and even sent progress pictures through-out, this topped it for me, above and beyond expectations. Really impressed with Concept Car Credit over-all. I bought a BMW 118 and the car has been brilliant since buying, no problems at all with it, its really nice to drive, and now the small bits have been sorted it looks in great condition! I'm made up with it!

Laura who helped me buy the car was fantastic, the service I received was magnificent. Laura always had a smile on her face, she made the process enjoyable. She did a lot for me, I couldn't find the right car, but she did what she could to find it. She never left me waiting around, was making sure everything was ok with me, always kept me updated - I've never had service like this, anywhere, with any purchase. The Nissan I purchased is a great little car and I'm very pleased with it. I will be flying back when I'm ready for another car.

I bought the perfect car from concept, its a Hyundai ix35, and its brilliant, its very nice to drive, comfortable and lots of space, the boot is huge, and it fits our needs great. The staff at the dealership were perfect, the really looked after me, got everything sorted for me, very happy and I will use Concept again in the future.
