I bought a Kia Sportage from Concept Car Credit and the car is great, I would say I'm really enjoying it, but I think Wife is enjoying it more. Its a lovely car and running brilliantly. This was the first time I have used Concept and given my experience I would definitely use them again in the future, they were spot on, great service and very very helpful.

I was really happy with the service provided by Concept, the lad who looked after me was great, I was struggling to get the finance, and he worked really hard to get an approval in place so I could buy the Astra I wanted. He was really helpful and went above and beyond. I can't fault the way my sale was handled, brilliant service.

A couple of years ago I hired a Vauxhall Mokka, and I said when I could afford one, that's the car I wanted, I feel in love with it. I got a new job and circumstances changed, and I needed a new car, so it was time to get the dream car!! I went to Concept and Laura was absolutely amazing, she was lovely to talk to, very polite and kind, and very knowledgeable, she answered everything we asked and gave us great advice. Since buying the Mokka I've done a couple of very long distance journeys and the car was been so reliable, its great. Its amazing to drive, I absolutely LOVE IT! Its really comfortable, and the right height and size for me, its great on petrol, very economical. I'm made up with it, and will certainly use Concept Car Credit again in the future.

We went to Concept to find a car for my Husband, he needed something mainly for work, but also just an everyday car too. We bought an Insignia and the car has been fab, no issues, its a nice car and my Husband is really happy with it. The staff couldn't do enough, really nice set up, helpful and friendly.
