This is the first time I've bought a car through Concept Car Credit, but I'd be happy to buy again. The service was quick, smooth and very easy. I bought a BMW 320, very pleased with it, lovely car.

I'm so pleased with the car I purchased from Concept Car Credit! I bought a 13 Plate Vauxhall Astra, and although the car is a few years old, it feels and drives like it's brand new. Its been extremely well looked after previously, the condition of the car is outstanding for its age, it really is a lovely car. Its been fantastic since buying it, no issues at all, its great and I'm enjoying driving it. The staff were perfect, they looked after me a lot. Everybody was helpful, kind and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for much more, and I'd be more than happy to buy again.

The best thing about Concept Car Credit is, there is no messing about. You ring up speak to an advisor, tell them what you want, what your budget is, they will go away find a car that suits you, find the finance and away you go. Its quick, simple and they really do go above and beyond. They are more than helpful. I've had 3 cars from Concept now, all been dreams to drive, my wife has had 1 and my daughter has had 2, we will always use concept now and we've never been disappointed with them or the cars we've had. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

I purchased a Kia in October from Concept Car Credit, I loved the car, it was great. Kieran was amazing when I bought it, he was on the ball, did everything he said he would and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately it was written off 2 weeks after buying it, I was devastated. I called Concept back and spoke to Kieran, he was just as gutted to hear about he accident, he said he would help me find something and luckily another Kia had just come in. He is now sorting this for me and again has been an absolute diamond. I had used Concept about 3 years ago and dealt with Laura then, she was great too - very helpful and kind. Anytime I've been down or spoken to anybody at Concept its always been easy, quick and the staff are absolutely bob on. Can't fault this company at all, they have really helped me and are still doing so. I highly highly recommend.

Kieran was absolutely brilliant when I bought my car from Concept Car Credit. He really looked after me, he got everything in place for me, and made the whole transaction simple and quick. This is the 3rd car I've had from Concept, and I've always been impressed with the service and purchase's. Car is great, running lovely, no issues at all. I will be back when ready for my 4th car!

Recently bought a car for my Wife, she is absolutely made up with it. I bought it as a birthday present for her, and I couldn't have done any better. Its running great, she's loving driving it, I really can't complain about anything at all, the whole process has been quick, smooth and very easy. I thought (due to previous experiences) I'd be waiting around, I wasn't, everything was sorted really quickly and efficiently. Jamie was brilliant, he was nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I would happily buy here again, it was a great experience.

Concept Car Credit have always been really good, I used them a few years ago to purchase a car and recently went back, I bought a Vauxhall Mokka. The service was brilliant, as always. Its very quick, no waiting around. They get things sorted really fast. I will be back to Concept when ready again, and I will always recommend to others.

Straight forward and easy process. Found a car I liked online, contacted them, they invited me down to test drive. I liked it, I signed, I drove away. No issues when buying, no issues since buying, just a quick and easy way to buy a decent car. Can't fault it at all.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership, the car is so nice, I love driving it. Its really smooth and nice to drive, its cheap to run too! When I was in the dealership showroom I did feel safe, they had put all the covid measures in place, they had definitely followed all guidelines. I didn't know about concept before buying from them, but I'll buy here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Really happy with my new BMW 3 series. I had been searching online when I came across concept car credit, and I was really impressed with the variety and range of stock they hold! I decided on the BMW, and when I went to test drive, it was as described, looked well kept, I couldn't not have it! Staff are friendly, welcoming and really helpful. I'm really happy with the car, its lovely to drive, and I'd happily buy her again!
