There isn't a thing I can fault about concept car credit, they are amazing. I have bought cars from them in the past and on every occasion they have gone above and beyond to help me, the service they provide to their customers is unbelievable. None of the sales pitch that you would expect off a second hand car sales man, they are just there to help you make the decision weather to buy a car from them or not and answer any questions that you have along the way.

I found out about concept car credit after seeing them advertised online. I was told that I had been accepted for credit with them. I drove all the way from Durham to Manchester to collect the Volkswagen Touran, I was able to take it for a test drive and it was really nice to drive. I also needed a bigger car for the family and this is a 7 seater so it was ideal for me. it was also an absolute beautiful drive back from Manchester to Durham in my new car, it is spot on!

I bought a car from Laura at Concept back in January , she was that helpful in helping me purchase my last car that I came back to her to buy my Vauxhall Astra. I cannot recommend these highly enough for anyone that is looking to get credit. It is a stress free service they provide and I will continue to use them in the future without blinking an eye lid. ;-)
