I found concept to be a very good dealership to deal with, they made everything very easy and straightforward when buying my car. I do have a small issue with the boot catch but im in contact with my sales advisor who is getting it sorted for me. Overall a very good experience.

I was looking for something a little more economical this time so I went for a Ford Fiesta, and I've practically halved my petrol consumption - the road tax is only around £30 a year too, so its definitely money well spent. The staff at concept were all really friendly when we bought our Audi A3. We were initially looking for something a little bigger until we saw the A3, and after taking the advice of the staff at concept, we decided the A3 would be big enough for what we wanted. We havent regretted the decision and we are loving driving it. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for helping us.
