After looking elsewhere they contacted me so I went to see the cars they had. I was in for about an hour and got the car, it was easy. I didn’t expect that as I’d seen several cars before. Guy was very helpful, he went through everything thoroughly. I would finance a car again through this dealership. The Volkswagen Polo I purchased is very good.

Car is lovely. It just comfortable. Brilliant process with Concept Car Credit. They rang us up and went through the details. They were happy and we went up to have a look at what they had available. Staff were excellent, the lady who dealt with us was brilliant. She went into detail with the finance process and once we understood we had a test drive of the car, she did her homework on the car. Best part was driving away.

It was great experience, really good, very pleased. I was struggling and Concept Car Credit were able to accept me. I sent off details and within a day everything was agreed and car selected. At the moment I haven’t got any issues with the car. I filled in an online application and got a call from an advisor, everything was fine. Getting the finance was very easy, wasn’t stressful at all. I was told a deposit was needed but it was a lot more than expected and it clashed with the payments so wasn’t happy with the miscommunication hence the star rating. However, the staff were lovely
