Very very very impressed!! I am a returning customer and have been back 2 times now. I came back because the customer service was just out of this world, they make it sooo personal. WOW, ok so. the manageress was just a star. She had everything sorted before I even got there. I told her I needed an automatic and explained everything and she basically got the the car most suitable for me! When I arrived I was welcomed and greeted very nicely - even offered a drink. I felt like I worked there. The gent I was dealing with me was just incredible, he was so patient. It was pouring it down and I was in and out looking at the cars and the Merc, even the chap working on the cars on the forecourt acknowledged me. Everyone was so nice, its nice to be nice! Everyone was approachable and very easy to talk to, the process was ever so relaxed and they went into so much detail when explaining everything. I am over all so so happy, thank you Concept and keep doing what you doing!

Absolutely belting. What a great team, These guys were more than just alright they were lovely and listened to what I had to say. I managed to get my self a BMW X1, Concept pulled it out of the bag. I would deffo come back again!

Very very good I am CHUFFED. I had a small issue with the Mokka I had just recently purchase and they got it sorted within a DAY! I called up let them know and instantly, they got me into the garage that was right round the corner from my house. Everything just sort of fell in the place. I am so chuffed with how I was delt with. I spoke to Dan who was brilliant and I had Kerion dealing with me who was super helpful. Id rate 6/5! couldn't be happier!
