Everything is going well with my Astra and the service was ace.

I was getting turned away from other companies but then I came across Concept on social media, I made an inquiry and I received a phone call from them telling me they could do something for me, it was a shock how quick everything was but the fact that I did not really have to do anything either, I thought to myself why could this not be done anywhere else. Kieron treated me respectfully, sometimes with been a female in car sales you feel like you are been pushed, he was absolutely lovely, he really looked after me, fully understood the circumstances, really helped me. There were difficult times, when I told him I was really struggling to do this, he reassured me and told me to leave it with him as he was working on things for me. He always got back to me when he said he would. The company are outstanding, I would recommend Kieron to anyone that is struggling to source credit and looking to buy a new car.

Jamie was absolutely spot on he explained everything thoroughly to me. When I got to Concept Car Credit to collect my Kuga he went through all the paperwork he was absolutely brilliant and did everything for me. I did not have to lift a finger.
