I am absolutely over the moon with my Ford Mondeo, at first I thought it was way out of my budget but Jamie told me not to worry and he would sort something out and look after me. We took it for a test drive round the estate and it ran as sweet as a nut, Jamie went off to speak to the finance company and came back with the figures, after speaking to my wife and sitting down together we realised it was within our means and the figures were less than what we thought they would be. I am so glad that we both made the decision to purchase this car from this dealership. My kids also love it and they have told me there is plenty of leg room, its the perfect family car for us. Concept, what a fantastic company they are, I am a returning customer as I bought my last car from them. On both occasions I have felt comfortable and everything was explained to me in as much detail as I needed. I wasn't pressured into making any decisions that I was unsure about and that in my opinion goes a long way. I would definitely recommend Concept.

I am made up with my Zafira, the service at concept was phenomenal. I had finance going through with another company, I was 2 weeks in and they was going through every little bit of detail over and over again and taking the mick and in the end it didn't go through anyway. With concept this was done in less than a week and I was picking up the keys for my new car. If I could score concept 10 out of 5 stars I would do because they were unreal.

This is the second car I have purchased from Concept Car Credit. I got a BMW off them originally and I am now the proud owner of a Mercedes, my son turns 18 next month so I am going to give him the BMW, he can forget about having my Mercedes, because I love it so much, THATS MINE!!! Gaz was excellent, he even made me a cup of tea (he makes a cracking tea). The service was really swift, from the moment I applied for the loan my car was ready to collect within 3 days. I will be back when I want to upgrade my Mercedes but for now.... I am absolutely loving it and can;t see myself ever not wanting this car.
