Apart from asking for a bigger deposit than was agreed before we went to pick up the car we were offered a smaller car that we didn't really want but was able to get the deposit reduced for the car we wanted and thank you very much for all your time and help we love the car

Apart from a little issue with the tyre pressure sensor, the car is absolutely fantastic, can't fault it. The Focus is lovely to drive and is in great condition too. Everyone at Concept were brilliant to deal with, very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant, really happy with the customer service provided. They have helped me out quite a bit with the car actually, they are covering the cost of the diagnostics and the small issues it does have so I can't fault them really. Their customer service has been top notch, definitely deserving of the 5 stars!

I have been to Concept before and would definitely use them again. The Fiat 500 is lovely, such a nice car and drives really nicely too. Everyone as usual was great, very helpful and patient throughout. i would happily recommend to others.

Absolutely love my Ford Mondeo, I really couldn't be happier with it! It is such a beautiful car and really really nice to drive too. everyone was absolutely brilliant when I was buying the car, such a professional and helpful team. The only thing I am missing is some car matts, but apart from that it was first class!

Laura was absolutely incredible, such a nice lady to deal with. She let me test drive two cars under no pressure at all. Her service was first class right from the first visit to taking the car away. The car itself is brilliant too, I love the Ford!
