I just want to say that the customer service I got from Keiron down at Concept was absolutely unbelievable, I can not recommend highly enough. Honestly this lad was amazing, he was so amazing. Nothing at all was too much for him and he really shined through. He give me all of the information I needed, If I was confused he would go over it again to make sure I understood, he was very thorougher and clear with everything and I wouldn't think twice about coming back to Concept because I have never received customer service like this. I'm going back in 2 years to get a even better deal and to hopefully deal with the amazing Kerion again.

I came down to Concept to buy a car as I was in serious need of a new motor. I can't tell you how clean the car was, it was validated to a very high standard and that, I can not fault in the slightest. The way I was dealt with was brilliant, The Insignia is a lovely car that suits me very well.

These really did take the stress of my shoulders and I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. I am really liking the Ford Focus, something a little different than what I am used to but it seems to be okay and overall am very happy.

We came to Manchester to get a new car for my partner and she has been over the moon and in a jolly good mood since. It was so clean and looked brand new! Fresh out of the factory. The staff were so kind and accommodating, I know ill back back when its time for a new car as these guys showed me how smooth a car sale really should be.

Was my 3rd time using Concept Car Credit and there will probably be a 4th and a 5th and so on. These guys are hands down amazing, so so good at what they do. The female I had dealing with me was lovely from the moment walked through the door, I had a cupper in my hand! All of the paper work was practically done for me when I got there. It was very quick, it went a bit like this.... Have a brew, take a look at the cars, choose the one you want and off you go' whilst being supported and reassured. The lady dealing with me stayed behind her working hours as we turned up at 5. I was in and out in 2 hours! SO HAPPY OMG THANK YOU!

It wasn't the first time I have used Concept, It was my daughter that purchased a car from here and she told me how great they were and recommended me to them. I am so glad she did. They have always been great with her and was so lovely with me. I can not recommend buying a car from these guys again. The reliability of the vehicles this dealership sells is brilliant, such a beautiful wide range of different cars to choose from that are so reliable and prepared for sale well.
