My Audi A4 will be the second car I have had from here and I honestly can't knock Concept. Their buying process works perfectly for me 😊 I am very happy with the Audi and have had no issues with it.

I am impressed with Concept Car Credit. The guy I dealt with was not pushy in the slightest, he was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about the car. After buying the Seat Leon I did sadly notice a little problem, I contacted Concept and was so relieved to hear that they were more than happy to help with this! Since then the car has run smoothly and I have no complaints.

They were fantastic to deal with at Concept, I took a while to decide on what car I wanted and they were very patient. I wasn't pushed or rushed, which was nice. They went out of their way to help me too! I chose a Citroen in the end and the car has been doing well!

Me and the Golf didn't get off to the best start, after owning it for a few days it had a strange knocking sound coming from the back end. I rang the guys the next day, who were fantastic, they got the car booked in for me right away. It only took them 2 days to fix the car, and is has been perfect ever since, running like a dream! During the sale it was a no pressure viewing, I wasn't pushed into anything, they showed me a wide range of cars and left me to it to decide. The Concept team are absolutely fantastic, I can't say enough good things about them. 10 stars!!!

I have gone back to Kieron twice now to buy my cars, he is such a lovely guy. He is so helpful, and does everything he can to make you 100% happy. He sorted me out a lovely Citroen. it was exactly what I had been after. Due to Kieron being such a nice, genuine lad, I will definitely be going back to him for the 3rd time.

Great team to buy from, very quick and efficient in everything they did. The condition of their cars are great considering they are second hand, I would definitely buy again.

Kieron is absolutely brilliant, everytime I have bought a car from there, he has been fantastic. I am quite fussy in the cars I want, so he made sure he found a way for me to get what I want. As usual the sale was really quick and easy, and I am loving my GLE, I can't fault them, and would happily return again for my 4th purchase.
