The staff at concept were all really friendly when we bought our Audi A3. We were initially looking for something a little bigger until we saw the A3, and after taking the advice of the staff at concept, we decided the A3 would be big enough for what we wanted. We havent regretted the decision and we are loving driving it. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for helping us.

Not long after I bought my Mercedes the service light came on, so I contacted the team at concept and they got the car in pretty sharpish and had it sorted in no time. The customer service was spot on and the cars been good ever since.

The BMW has been a lovely car upto now, it is a good little runner and has caused us no issues! The lady who we dealt with was really good from start to finish, she made everything so so easy! It was my first time using Concept and I would definitely go again!

I recently got the Ford Ecosport in January from Concept, and although it is a lovely car, it just isn't the one for me. I have been in contact with Jamie, and she is more than happy to get everything sorted, so we are currently looking for a new car on their website. They have been really good in how they have handled everything for me, and are always very pleasant to speak too, I definitely recommend Concept.

The car is absolutely amazing, I am so happy with it! 3 days in I did manage to get a stone chip on my window screen annoyingly, however, apart from that the car has been running a dream! Everyone at Concept was a great help in getting me the car, so I thank you all for your hard work!
