My wife and I are very happy with the Range Rover supplied to us by Concept Car Credit. My wife is the main driver of the car and she loves it, she has found no problems with it as of yet. All paperwork was straightforward to complete and we are happy with what Concept could offer us as customers.

If I had to sum up my experience with Concept Car Credit, I would say it was pretty blooming perfect! Right from the point of choosing the car to completing the sale everything was hassle free. The team provided me with he five star experience and nothing was too much trouble. I don't think I could see myself buying a car from anywhere else other than here.

Over the years I have bought cars from many other dealerships and not one of those experiences comes close to Concept. By far it was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made! The car in question that I purchased is a Fiesta, I am more than happy with it, I get everything I need out of the car.

Brilliant company to deal with! I bought a Toyota Verso, it is in amazing condition and I am really pleased. The car has no faults and is driving well. The staff were lovely to deal with and I cannot complain about the service. I would fully recommend to anyone.

As with any second hand car purchase sometimes the inevitable can happen and you can run into an issue or two and in my book the only thing that matters is how the dealer handles it. Concept were so easy to deal with, Laura in particular was fantastic when I discovered the issue and got it put right for me immediately. Since then the car has been spot on. Can't thank Concept enough for there brilliant service both during and after sales.

Such a great car buying experience at Concept! I don't think there is anything I could have wanted them to improve upon. Their overall purchasing process was efficient. There wasn't any unnecessary waiting around. The X-Trail is a great piece of kit and is serving me very well.
