I was really happy with everything at Concept car credit! The guys around the dealership were sound, didn't put a foot out of line. The Hyundai IX35 was looking real nice on arrival, it was so clean and so tidy! It was looking very presentable, I took one look and I knew I wanted it. I was pleased I was able to test drive the car, that's when I 10000% knew I would be taking this car home! I was also shocked that there was no hard sell or any of them kind of tac tics but from start to finished these lads were lovely.

My 3 Series is doing well and looking very smart now that I've had the alloys done 😍 Its a lovely car to drive, feels like its brand new. Customer service at Concept was very good in my experience. The team members I dealt with were all sound. I have already recommended concept to a few of my mates.

I would give Concept five stars to be honest with you, the team have done good. They did look after me and stuff. I was pleased I could get the car that I wanted in the first place, which was a Mokka. Yeah overall I am well happy.

I was over the moon with the BMW I purchased, I was loving it. I was literally on top of the world until I crashed the car 2 days later!! Unfortunately I don't have the car anymore but I just wanted to say how brilliant the customer service that I received was. The guys really did go the extra mile and made sure everything was sorted out for me.

Jamie was smashing when I was buying my car, he made everything so quick and simple, I couldn't fault him one bit. I enquired about a Vauxhall they had, made an application, arranged for a viewing, then sealed the deal, as easy as! Nothing was over complicated, I was never waiting round unnecessarily, it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Without a doubt, I will definitely be recommending Concept to a few mates of mine, I've never known a car purchase could be so simple!

It was my first time using Concept Car Credit and it will definitely not be my last, They were great to deal with when I was buying my car, I have no issues with the team!
