I will definitely be using Concept again, I never knew buying a car would be this easy! The process was straightforward enough and the customer service was great, I have no issues or anything bad to say about these guys. I used to think buying a car was quite daunting and stressful, however, dealing with Concept was a breeze! Thank you team, for all your hard work!

The new car is driving well, absolutely fine with no issues. The customer service was good. The process was quick, snappy and easy and again no issues with that. I will be using again and recommending!

I have never had any issues with the Concept team, or the cars that I buy from them. Each visit I have made has been absolutely fantastic. They are caring, courteous, helpful and very easy to deal with. Although their cars are second hand, and may not be as fancy as others, they are well looked after and are highly reliable! Without a doubt I would recommend Concept to anyone, and will continue to use them throughout the years!

I am absolutely made up with the car, it is such a nice a nice example I can't complain at all! It was spotless when I came to collect it, and have been running like a dream ever since. My salesman, ( I can't quite remember his name), was a great guy to deal with. He made everything so simple, explained all of the paperwork to me and the process on a whole. It was a really good experience with the team, and I would definitely use them again!

The customer service was just as good as well, they were all superstars, and did everything to make sure it was as easy as possible for me! I have absolutely no issues with my car or Concept, and would definitely use them again!

I absolutely love my car! I don't know what I would do without it, it has given me no problems at all! As for the team, they have been perfect throughout and did everything they could for me. i can't fault them one bit, and will definitely be recommending them to others!
