Overall a pleasant experience. Got the car we wanted and the staff members we spoke to were friendly.

When buying my Qashqai I dealt with Laura and she was absolutely lovely. I felt so at ease and welcome. The whole experience went very well and there were lots of cars for me to choose from. I have had no concerns with my Qashqai and am very happy with the choice I made.

Everything was ok but there no parcel shelf in focus bit let down with that. Overall I would still rate 5 because all very good from start to finish great experience.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I don't think I could fault a single aspect of the buying process with Concept. Everything was laid out nice and clearly for me and quicker than I anticipated too. The 3 Series is a great car and I am really enjoying it.

I honestly didn't expect to be coming away with a new car on the same day I visited Concept but they had exactly what I wanted and work very efficiently that I was able to do just that! I love the car and it is very high spec. The sales team were all a pleasure to deal with and I would happily return for another car.

My Audi A4 will be the second car I have had from here and I honestly can't knock Concept. Their buying process works perfectly for me 😊 I am very happy with the Audi and have had no issues with it.

I am impressed with Concept Car Credit. The guy I dealt with was not pushy in the slightest, he was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about the car. After buying the Seat Leon I did sadly notice a little problem, I contacted Concept and was so relieved to hear that they were more than happy to help with this! Since then the car has run smoothly and I have no complaints.

They were fantastic to deal with at Concept, I took a while to decide on what car I wanted and they were very patient. I wasn't pushed or rushed, which was nice. They went out of their way to help me too! I chose a Citroen in the end and the car has been doing well!
