I went to Concept Car Credit earlier this year looking to purchase a car. When I got to Concept and test drove the car I was already really happy, I was pleased they were accommodating test drives and during this I was left on my own to do my own thing with no pressure. The car is hands down brilliant still to this day. ⭐

All okay with the car, I got it a few months back and its been perfect. Its served me well, I can say its definitely reliable that's for sure. There was nothing but kindness and friendliness around Concept dealership.

Laura is so helpful she was literally amazing from the moment I arrived at the dealership to the moment I drove away in my new car. The staff at this dealership really will do there best to make you a happy customer. I have no issue with coming back here to purchase my next car and I can confidently recommend Concept Car Credit to anyone who is need of a new car especially if you're needing help with finance too. The whole of my experience ran so nicely there were no issues or I didn't have to wait around at any time, no one put a foot out of line, all I can say is just how brilliant these guys are!

These guys were spot on with everything, I am buzzing with my experience seriously they were so good. I test drove two cars which was really nice both times no pressure was put on I was left alone to do my own thing, I knew as soon as I drove the Ford Focus I wanted it. The staff explained everything to me about the car and the finance and the knowledge they have is out of this world. Everything I asked for I lit got, couldn't be happier. Cheers lads I will see you again in a couple of years to upgrade again.

I am actually really happy with everything, the car the customer service the staff everything! The experience was really good and that's why I came back the second time round. It was dead sound and chilled the second time round as I was buying the car for myself, the first one was for my wife. The salesman made it dead simple he just text me over some cars he had in my price range I picked one and we went to dealership and picked it up. Dead straight forward process everyone was helpful n friendly enough as well which was sound.

My review is going to be short and sweet! Concept are great and I am very pleased with my car. Five stars from me.

I am made up, Kieron got me sorted with the car I had been wanting for such a long time. The customer service I got from Keiron and the rest of the team was second to none, everyone was very polite. Concept offered me a great deal on the car too, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I will bar Concept in mind for the future.
