The car that I purchased from Concept Car has been good. I dealt with multiple salesmen on the day, and they were all very helpful.

I couldn't rate them highly enough. Jamie has been excellent throughout the process. I had an issue with the car initially, but the team helped me to get it sorted and claimed on the warranty, which was provided and the car has been great since. She's used every day, and I love it.

While I was at Concept Car Credit I didn't get the chance to test drive the car. So when I started to drive home. I noticed a rattling sound and after taking it to a garage, it turned out to be a loose bolt, which has now been sorted and the car has been perfect. Everything else with the dealership was brilliant.

4 stars only because there was one person at Concept Car Credit that didn't make the experience top marks but after Kieran took over, it went a lot better and he was great. I did have an issue at the start as my car wouldn't start but I went the garage and it's all sorted now.

The car is alright. It was a pretty good experience from start to finish. The finance process was ok too.

The car is brilliant. I haven't done many miles in it so far - only a couple of hundred miles done but I'm enjoying it. The finance process was ok, Everything was explained in detail but there were lots of forms to fill in!. I'd definitely go back, they were excellent I can't fault them at all

Perfect service from Concept Car Credit. The team was really good with me while I was at the dealership. I do have a few issues with the car as the passenger airbag is showing a warning light that it is malfunctioning, and the car will randomly slow down, so I need to get these looked at. Apart from that, everything else is good with the car and I'm happy with the car. Top marks.

I had a good experience, no problems. I dealt with James, who explained the paperwork properly and in detail, I understood everything. I think I tried them a while back and then they got back in contact to see if I wanted to go ahead. My plan is to chop it in after 2 years so I'll definitely be back.

I love the car, although I haven’t had the smoothest experience so far. After picking it up, the parking sensors developed a fault, and on Saturday, the drop link went as well. I called them, and they advised me to book it into a garage and send over the invoice - they said they'd cover the cost, and it's booked in for tomorrow. Communication could definitely be better. When you call and speak to someone, they say they’ll ring you back, but I’ve had to do most of the chasing. It feels like the service level drops a bit once the finance is sorted and the car is sold, which is a bit of a shame. That said, the finance process itself was very easy - they handled all the legwork and got everything arranged efficiently. I did feel a bit pressured to provide documents quickly, especially while juggling a busy schedule. I’d give them 4 stars overall. There have been ups and downs, but definitely more ups than downs.

All the paperwork was bang on, exactly what I was expecting and I was talked through everything by Stu in detail and he showed me around the cars that were available. I was actually recommended by my dad and I'm already recommending them to people I work with! 5 stars
