I recently purchased a Mercedes A-Class from Concept Car Credit. It has been running okay, and I thought the service was fine. When I initially took the car for a test drive, I was only able to drive it around the block. Once I had taken the car on the motorway, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep it and considered changing it for something else. However, when I contacted Concept, they said I had already signed the agreement and there was nothing I could do. So, I am just trying to embrace the car at the moment and enjoy it. Based on this experience, I would give it a three-star rating.

Communication through out was good and they tried to make it straight forward throughout. If anything I'd just suggest there were a few additional costs which I wasn't aware of till the day. This maybe something I've missed but think it would have been helpful to make it idiot proof

This is my second time buying from Concept Car Credit, and I cannot praise the lady who helped us at the dealership enough. She was excellent. I ended up buying a Skoda Karoq, which I had not originally come to look at. I told her what I wanted, and she knew exactly what I would need, and she was right. She wasn’t pushy, gave me the information I needed to make a decision, and let me decide for myself.
