I'm enjoying the car so far - I haven't done many miles so far just pottering about. I always go to Concept, I've had about 6 cars from them now. I always deal with Gav who's really good. I just ring him up and tell him I need a car then he sorts me out.. He really goes out of his way for me.

The sales guy who dealt with me was really good, I can't remember his name though. I was just looking around online and made an enquiry and they called me about it. One thing I noticed was they seemed short staffed because they they were really busy but apart from that I'd give them 5 stars because they were really lovely.

Everything is okay with my Vauxhall Insignia. The car has been great to drive, I just need to find out if the car comes with warranty as I can't remember if it was included in my paperwork from the dealership. Kieran looked after me and he was perfect.

Took me a little while to get used to it because of the size, but it’s a nippy little thing for a 1L and I'm happy with it. Everything went smoothly at Concept Car Credit – Jamie was great and talked me through everything.

4 stars only because I was a bit upset about having to pay 2 lots of finances, as they didn't pay my car off in time before my next payment. Everything else about my experience was good, and I would go back and use Concept again.

There was one guy in particular Jamie that looked after me at Concept Car Credit who has been outstanding. I can't fault his service, he went above and beyond for me. I've had my car since April and it's been perfect.
