I bought a car from concept car credit back in June and its still running good as new, I've had no issues at all I have nothing bad to say! Id say concept deserve full marks based on my experience. The customer service - SUPERB! Bob on, very very helpful guys, they made sure I wasn't waiting around long at all made the process very smooth with no hurdles along the way, it was a great experience! I certainly recommend.

I'm happy with my overall experience in dealing with Concept. The car I purchased is a good driving car and it was very clean and tidy when I viewed it at the dealership. The sales team were great and were there if anyone needed a hand with anything so I would definitely recommend these guys.

Driving home from Concept I had a tyre blow out on the motorway so I rang concept and explained my situation. They got someone out straight away and collected me and the car, they took it back to their garage and got a new tyre on within the hour. I was highly impressed with how everything was handled and am glad that they were so courteous in helping me out. Ever since then, my car has been as smooth as silk, I am very very happy and would definitely recommend to others!

Very helpful and attentive and made sure everything was explained before we went ahead with anything. I test drove the car and it was a wonderful drive taken at my own pace, it's not very often you don't get a pushy and rushy salesman but here at Concept I was made to feel at home and comfortable.
