I bought a car from concept car credit and its lasted the summer with us camping so I can for sure say the car is very reliable, we received a brilliant level of customer service every step of the way. The guys at Concept Car Credit made sure all our needs were met. I 1000% recommend , I cant quite remember the guys name dealing with us but all I can say is that he was truly amazing at his job!

I've purchased a few cars from Concept Car Credit before now and they have always been great. Kaz was dealing with me he was amazing made sure I understood everything before we went ahead. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience it was great. I'm struggling to remember the guys name but I think it was Richard and he was brilliant. We did it over the phone as I didn't go to concept car credit but the guy was amazing with us over email. My wife was working nights at the time so we was back and forwards but the replies were quick and he never left us wondering. Concept really helped me out as I changed my mind on what car I wanted a fair few times and each time they were accommodating and very patient. I felt like it was in their best interest to make sure I got the car I wanted and that is the level of customer care you get here which I why I would come back and recommend! Eventually I felt completely suited with the car I chose and I just would like to thank Concept for pacing with us!

I bought my car from Concept Car Credit and I had a good experience. I received brilliant customer service when buying my BMW 1 Series. I did the process over the phone and it was pretty efficient and quick. I was happy with how responsive the guys were over email and the phone, I didn't have to wait long for a reply at all. I got the car through a finance company and they give me a selection of what I could finance, which was nice to be able to have a choice. I really recommend Concept!

My car is driving amazingly, I am very happy with the car and I am very happy with the customer service. From start to finish the staff here at Concept Car Credit were brilliant with me. The showed a very good level of customer care everybody was friendly and very helpful. One thing that made my mind up about which car I wanted was the tax, its so cheap only £20 per month! Around the time I was checking the clean air zone stuff etc and I think my car falls into the bracket of where you don't have to pay to go into the zones. The whole process was speedy and straightforward! They let me test drive the car and get the feel for it, I didn't this with no pressure it was at my own leisure which was appreciated. 100% recommend.
