What a great company! They did everything very quickly and smoothly, answering my many questions and were really helpful with paperwork etc. I bought a really nice Verso, its going great and I'm very happy with it. I can definitely recommend them if you're looking for good customer service.

The service from the staff at Concept Car Credit was excellent, they couldn't do enough for us and were really helpful. I will use this company again in the future, the car is perfect for us, no complaints at all.

So far so good! Haven't had any problems whatsoever with my Vauxhall Insignia, its a really nice car, very happy with it. Staff were great too, no complaints, would recommend them.

Think the lady I dealt with was called Ashlea, she was brilliant, very helpful and efficient. I bought a Vauxhall Astra and its a lovely car, very clean as described in the advertisement. Will be recommending Concept Car Credit and will return when I eventually need to change cars.

Customer service was fantastic at Concept, I couldn't fault them to be fair, everything was very upfront from the start, and they were honest. I had arranged to have the car delivered but they called me and said there has been a delay, explained there was an issue with the delivery, however I could collect if that was an option. They didnt lie, or try to hide it, I liked the transparency and how honest they were. I went to collect the car (which wasn't an issue anyway) to avoid any delays. The car was perfect, looked clean and shiny and inside was immaculate, really chuffed with it. Ive loved getting used to it and enjoyed driving it since buying. I would not hesitate buying my next car from Concept!!

I bought a car from Concept a few years back and they really helped me out, they got me into the car I wanted at an affordable monthly cost. This is why I came back to them when I wanted to upgrade, yet again they have been so helpful and provided me with another lovely car. I went down and the car was gleaming, you would think its a brand new car, its in top condition. All good with the car I've bought, I will be back in a couple of years to change it again with Concept, they have an early upgrade option which is perfect for me. The staff were great with we, no messing about, straight in and straight out... Cant complain.

I'm glad I got my car from Concept, I have been very well looked after, spoilt in fact. Laura was a dream to deal with, so polite, friendly and bubbly, she really made the experience enjoyable! I needed a new car and I do long distance driving to and from work each day so I needed something reliable and comfortable. I went with an Insignia and its all great, I'm loving the car a real pleasure to drive. Its an all round practical car, its amazing on fuel, super comfortable, just great for the whole family.
