I dealt with a lovely young lady (I cant remember her name unfortunately), she was great, very attentive and thorough in everything she did. When I went to have a nosey she assisted with any questions and showed me all the functions of the car, without putting pressure. I was in quite a rush and needed the car ready to collect the following day, she ensured that there was no messing or delays and everything was on time as agreed.

Myself and partner recently bought a car to share from Concept, we are over the moon with the car and can't praise Kieran enough for all his help and efforts. Very friendly, very polite and so so helpful, he was absolutely great. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Concept and we have always been very happy, highly recommend Concept Car Credit.

Absolutely brilliant place to buy a car, it was fantastic, the staff were on fire, worked quickly to get everything in place and even organised the finance for me too. A few of my family members have bought their cars from Concept so I was recommended. I went to Concept after a quick phone conversation and met with Kieran, he is an absolutely superstar, he was amazing. I went through and looked at the cars and said I want that one, the white one there. Kieran got it out, I had a look over it and within the hour I was driving away in my nice new car. Its absolutely perfect, I love it so much. The guys here are absolutely fantastic and I will certainly be back for the simple and easy buying process in a couple of years.

Top dealership, nice selection to chose from and great extra's like warranty, early upgrade options etc... its a winner all round. Got a nice new Ford, low mileage, clean and top condition so no complaints from me.
