Fantastic service from these guys, it was so easy everything was done over the phone, I signed for it via email and all the paper work was done for me, I turned up was handed the keys, looked over the car to ensure i was happy and drove away, all within about 10 mins. I recently did a part exchange at Concept Car Credit. I left my little Peugeot there and took home a gorgeous BMW 1 Series! Its an amazing car, such a lovely upgrade! I have been having the best time in it! I literally just had a phone call in the morning, and by lunch time I was all sorted, they were super quick sorting everything! The salesman that I dealt with was amazing, I told him what I wanted and gave him my budget and he found a car that ticked all the boxes, he sorted it all out for me, really impressed with the service I received... I have a gorgeous Mini Cooper from Concept; its a lovely little car and is so nippy! There was a few to chose from, but I'm so happy I chose this one, its perfect for me!
