I have a gorgeous Mini Cooper from Concept; its a lovely little car and is so nippy! There was a few to chose from, but I'm so happy I chose this one, its perfect for me! The customer service was really good, everything was super smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend this dealership and would go back myself too!

I am loving my new A3, its a lovely car and in very good condition. Kieran, that I dealt with, helped me with everything from choosing the car to sorting the finance. He was amazing and extremely helpful with everything. I would definitely go back to Concept and hopefully would deal with Kieran again.

My New Seat Ibiza is great, it gets me from A to B and is a really nice reliable car, I am very pleased with it. The customer service at the dealership was great too, all really nice staff, no problems at all. I'd definitely go back again.

Treated myself to a new Merc and its mint, a proper nice car, looks well nice and drives perfectly. Service at concept was good and very fast which was what I wanted. Would defo give this place a 5 star.

FANTASTIC!! Couldn't have been a better experience at Concept Car Credit, I purchased a Nissan Qashqai and its lovely!! The car drives so nicely and I'm absolutely loving it! I can't believe its a second hand car as its in such great condition and was presented so nicely, definitely had that 'new car' smell!! The guys I dealt with at Concept were great, they were really helpful and got everything sorted for us quickly too. Had the car a few months now, its mainly for the wife and she's pretty happy with it. There was a few minor bits on it nothing major, they have all been sorted now, overall a really good car in tip top condition, I'm hoping this will last us a few years now but when we are ready for an upgrade we will certainly be back to Concept.

Bought myself a BMW 3 series back in May and am still well made up with it, a nice decent car with a proper smart interior. The car is unreal to drive, really enjoying it and not gonna lie, I like the compliment I get 🤣 Looking at going back to Concept in the next year or so again to get a bit of an upgrade, the 3 series I've got is a 15 reg and as much as I've enjoyed it I want something a bit newer... looking forward to dealing with concept again when ready✔
