I purchased a new Vauxhall Zafira from Concept and its great, the car is a great family car and serves it purpose well. When I went to Concept it was presented well and is in good condition all round, It was really clean and tidy, inside and outside so I was really happy. Since buying it, its running well and I've not had any issues at all and would hesitate buying from here again.

I recently exchanged my car at Concept and I was as happy as ever... the whole experience was just as brilliant as the last time. I'd definitely never go any where else now, absolutely love everything about Concept... their customer service is brill and the cars they offer are too!!

A really smooth and easy process, finance was organised and set up really well, a very stress-free transaction. The car itself is going good, had a few issues a few days after purchasing but Concept had the car back in and were more than happy to sort it all out for me. Had it back now for a good while and its been sweet, not complaints with it at all.

A brilliant Ford Galaxy bought from Concept Car Credit. Had a few issues post purchase however the way they handled everything was amazing!! I have already recommended Concept to someone else and would definitely return back myself too!

I bought a Fiat Tipo from Concept Car Credit and the whole buying experience was really positive, the guys down there were really friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience really! Unfortunately after about a month and a half of having the car, I was in a fairly serous car accident which meant that my car had to be taken away for repair. Very unlucky I know, however I cannot fault the way that Concept Car Credit has helped me with everything, they've really just been a kind and courteous dealership that's always been at the other end of the phone when I've needed them to be. Really grateful for all that they have done for me and am looking to getting my car back soon as I was really enjoying it!

The Nissan Juke drives like an absolute dream!! I cant fault the car in the slightest, nor can I fault the service either. Absolutely outstanding! Ive been to other dealerships before and haven't had the best experiences so it was really refreshing having such a great time. I cant remember the name of the young man but his customer service skills were up there with some of the best I have ever come across! He helped me out with absolutely everything and answered every single question I had. He even helped me set up all the bits and bobs on my phone too, he was a real pleasure to deal with! My husband is now looking for a new car and is thinking of going to Concept too, just based on the experience I had he is more than looking forward to going on down to the dealership himself.
