I was really impressed with John at Concept, he was so helpful and had lots of info and advice. I wasn't 100% sure what to go for but John helped me decide on a Vauxhall Astra and I absolutely love it, Its so nice to drive, really comfortable and it soon shifts. Very pleased with the car and highly recommend John too, he really helped me out and ensured the purchase was easy and excitable.

It was quite difficult trying to find a new car whilst working 7 days a week. I needed something more practical as we have a new baby now. I contacted Concept and explained what I wanted/needed and they went away and found a Nissan Qashqai, I absolutely love it. It ticked all the boxes. It was very quick and easy and the team allowed me to do all the paperwork over email and E sign, so it didnt even affect my day to day, the car was then delivered, it was the easiest purchase Ive made! The customer service was brilliant, they worked around and was so helpful, I cant fault it. The car is so nice, its lovely to drive and very practical. I was so happy when I found this 3 door Audi A3, it was perfect and ticked all the boxes for me. I was really impressed with how everything was handled the staff really looked after me and worked very quickly. I went to collect the car and it looked absolutely amazing, it was so shiny and clean, they did a great job. I love it and everything about it.

Bought a mint little Aygo from Concept, great little car, very very cheap to run, insurance, petrol, tax etc. The dealership staff were perfect, the saleswomen was mega, really helpful and friendly - I will consider Concept next time I need a car.
