When I purchased my Golf, not long after the display screen/radio stopped working altogether. I contacted Concept and took the car back, they got it sorted at no cost to myself. Since having the car back its been perfect, the screen is completely fine and working great - I'm really happy with the car now.

I bought a Nissan X-Trail, its absolutely perfect. We bought it as we needed something bigger and practical for the family, its great, the kids love it and its really nice to drive. I'm still getting used to the size of it, but very pleased. Jamie looked after us, he was great really helpful and nice to get along with - I will recommend both, Jamie and Concept Car Credit moving forward.

I used Concept a few years back and when we was ready to upgrade we contacted them and asked about part exchanging the previous one in and buying something new. We decided on a Vauxhall Insignia and I'm really glad, its a lovely car. I'm still getting used to it as its a diesel and I've always driven petrol's - but its great, I'm really happy with it. It was nice and easy, they sorted the finance and paperwork, arranged delivery, took the part X away, everything went as planned, delivery was on time and the car was exactly as described.

I wanted to buy a car as I have a work van but its not practical for social use. I contacted Concept and I was allocated to Laura, she was absolutely incredible, I cannot fault a single thing, she couldn't do enough for me. She wasn't pushy and she gave me a few different options and asked what suited me best, she really was great. I couldn't fault at all, I contacted regarding a Zafira, and from the very start the salesman was polite, professional and helpful. He had loads of information and he explained everything to me, clearly and thoroughly. We arranged collection and they had sorted everything out prior, it was ready to go as soon as we arrived, it looked pristine! The car is spot on, really happy with it.
