I spoke to Gaz who asked a criteria, he went away and came back with a few cars one was a Ford B-Max, I'd never considered this model before, but very glad Gaz found it as it was perfect and suited our needs down to a T. When I collected the car, the rear tail light was loose, the lads got it fixed there and then. I'm chuffed to bits with the car, I really didn't think I would be able to get the BMW 3 Series, but Jamie worked so hard to get the finance and amount in place so I could finally buy my dream car!

We bought a Nissan Qashqai recently from Concept I was due to have a baby so needed something more practical for a pram, car seat etc the Qashqai is literally perfect for us! Jamie dealt with us, he handled everything professionally and quickly. We had an issue with the car after buying, but Concept did rectify it, and very quickly too.

A really smooth, easy and simple process. It was quick and they did exactly what they said they would, throughout. I bought a BMW 116 and I am over the moon! The car was delivered on time, and it was immaculate, I've tried to keep it in the condition I got it in, washing it weekly, I'm really going to look after it, its stunning!
