This is the second Audi I've owned, and I don't think I'd ever consider switching to another manufacturer to be honest - I love the look & feel of them! This was my first purchase from Concept Car Credit and I've only got good things to say. Fetha was the chap who helped me out, and everything was super simple, quick and easy. I was in and out in a flash, and I've settled right into my slightly bigger set of wheels!

I've never owned a car on finance before, so I was a little apprehensive. Fetha at Concept Car Credit was brilliant, and answered all of my questions (and trust me when I say, I had a LOT haha). The BMW is for my daughter and I'm happy to report that she loves it! Even better than that, nothing has gone wrong at all 😂 (unlike my van - bought elsewhere - which has given me a right headache). I completed the application in the showroom which was simple and any questions I asked were answered quickly and honestly. These guys do a great job!

I had an injector problem on my new Renault after a few days which would usually be a cause to complain but the way Concept dealt with it was exemplary. I called them to report the problem and they collected the car the next day and left a courtesy car for me. The repair was carried out in only two days and now I have my car back as good as new. When I enquired they were helpful and professional with the whole process completed in 48 hours. I'd like to especially thank Fetha and Gaz who were able to answer all of my questions.

Fetha was really good and did everything he could to help us while we were buying the BMW. I'd definitely use Concept again as the car hasn't put a foot wrong since we drove away. Worthy of 5 stars undoubtably.
