I was really impressed with Concept. Being short on time myself the process was perfect. From initial enquiry to driving away was around two hours, I've never experienced such efficiency in the past when buying a car! A special mention for Gaz who guided me through the process, great work!

I've loved dotting around in my new Mercedes A Class since collecting it a few weeks ago - What a car!! I'd not came across Concept Car Credit before, but they had the exact car I'd been looking for. I applied for my finance online, and had my approval through in no time at all. Everything was very efficient and convenient, plus I managed to get sorted from the comfort of my couch which was a welcome change! My Seat Leon is the fastest car I've ever had! It's also in mint condition inside and out. Kieran did a fantastic job with both the finance and the car. I was well impressed by Concept Car Credit - I enquired at 5:30 on the Friday and had driven away by Saturday afternoon....Now that's what I call great service!

The Citroen C4 I purchased has been nothing short of amazing! I managed to get all the way to the Isle of Wight on half a tank, much better than my old Land Rover! The application process was remarkably easy, Fetha called me to go through a few things and ensured that I had an acceptance in place before I travelled up to Manchester. They were so good that I will use them again even though we're planning to move to the Isle of Wight, it really would be worth the six hour journey.
