This is probably a dreadful admission but I have never really been a fan of British cars 🫣 Whenever I have had them they have either fallen apart or I just haven't enjoyed the feel of them. I usually go for a Citroen as I have always had a good experience with them so when it came time to change my car this is what I was looking for. My old car was battered and on the way to do the part-exchange even came up with a warning light I had never seen before but the guys at Concept Car Credit weren't phased. The still managed to get me a good deal and even managed to get me a cheaper finance option for my Citroen C3 which I was amazed at. They just did so much for me and even sent me away with a good amount of fuel which is rare when buying a new car. It is far to say I am glad I went with the C3 as it is just such a nice little car. I love it so much. It is taking a while to get used to what all the buttons do but I am loving the feel of it and it is just fun learning about all the features as I go! I might take it to the local college where they do mechanical engineering and give the newbies the experience of explaining it all to me 😂

My old car was getting a bit too expensive to run with the price of fuel and the tax and insurance had gone up on it so I decided it was time to refresh my motor a bit. I decided to go with a BMW 3 Series and I am really happy with it. It is a really nice car and is saving me a fortune, I have only had to fuel up once and it has lasted 2 weeks! My old car wasn't really worth much but the guys at Concept sorted me out with a good deal and explained everything really well. They didn't try to push anything and were just spot on. The service was top notch!

We were looking to downsize our 7 seater to a Ford Kuga as with our daughter going to university soon we don't need such a big car. Unfortunately, we didn't end up with the Ford Kuga as it broke down but this was before it came to us so the guys at Concept let us know so that we could make the decision whether we wanted it or not after it had been repaired. On this occasion we decided to leave it but that is just because we decided it was probably best to hang fire until our daughter actually goes to uni as then we have the bigger car to help her move to halls if she wants us to. Rest assured though, as soon as we are ready we will be going straight back to Concept Car Credit as they were brilliant.

I am always wary when going through finance options with a dealership but they were really thorough and explained everything to me so there were no hidden surprises. They also made sure it was what was right for me rather than trying to just push the sale through which was nice of them. I am glad I went through with it as I am really enjoying my Citroen C4 Picasso!

Our Renault Captur is amazing! It was an ideal family car for us but it still has some good speed to it as well. My last car I felt like it had no power so if I needed to overtake anyone it was always a bit of a worry if it would make it but this has great acceleration on it so I feel a lot more comfortable with motorway driving. I am out in it all the time now as I just love the feel of it. Gary is a legend too! The way he spoke to us was just so good and he is a straight up guy. He was really upfront with us and didn't try to a push a sale in anyway. I took out the finance option and they took the time to explain it to me so I know I can go back in 18 months time to swap it if I want to. My next car will definitely be my forever car so I will be going back to speak to Gary when the time comes. He just really took the time to care about us and even sent me my crystal necklace in the post as I had left it around the wing mirror of my old car but he understood it was important to me and got it sent to me in no time. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen so look out for the recommendation on my socials!

Nothing was too hard for the chap that sold us our car. At first, I didn’t like the car and we did try two or three cars before I settled on this one and I’m glad I did because it is very comfortable

I cannot recommend Concept Car Credit enough. The sales team were superb. My circumstances were not straightforward at all but they were very patient and understanding about this. They literally could not do enough to help me.

Gaz was very efficient, and he could not do enough for me. I'm self-employed and I was struggling to get time off work to collect my car. Gaz managed to get the car delivered to me. I was expecting it to take a week or more for him to arrange this, but he managed to get the car dropped off for me the following day. He also told me if I needed anything, to text him, and he would get back to me as soon as he could. Gaz deserves a pay rise because he's really good at his job and went the extra mile to help me.
