Absolutely over the moon with the service we received from Concept. The Qashqai is brilliant and everyone from the receptionist to our salesman were brilliant. They let us leave our car there and come to collect it the next day, we really couldn't have asked for more. Originally we were with Kieran but then another gentleman took over who was courteous and pleasant, sorry I can't remember his name but he definitely deserves a pat on the back.

This time I chose a Hyundai Tucson from Concept and it's been great apart from we hadn't noticed the middle seatbelt was missing! I reported this to Concept and could tell that they really cared, they got it fixed for me locally very quickly. This was the first time I've had to use their aftersales service and it matches their sales in efficiency and friendliness. Gaz was marvellous throughout.

I was really impressed with Concept. Being short on time myself the process was perfect. From initial enquiry to driving away was around two hours, I've never experienced such efficiency in the past when buying a car! A special mention for Gaz who guided me through the process, great work!

To say I'm happy with my new Juke would be an understatement. It's lovely! Concept made everything so easy and straightforward - I'd not applied for finance before but they guided me through step-by-step and I was ready to drive away in no time! Excellent all-round and I can't thank them enough x

I've loved dotting around in my new Mercedes A Class since collecting it a few weeks ago - What a car!! I'd not came across Concept Car Credit before, but they had the exact car I'd been looking for. I applied for my finance online, and had my approval through in no time at all. Everything was very efficient and convenient, plus I managed to get sorted from the comfort of my couch which was a welcome change! The team at Concept will definitely be seeing me again in a couple of years when I fancy a change ☺️
