Jamie, who looked after me during the purchase of my Vauxhall Mokka, was amazing. Apart from being a Manchester United fan, which nearly put me off buying the car from him 🤣, all jokes aside, I had nothing to complain about. He was very knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to help me. It was a hassle-free service from start to finish.

Concept Car Credit was simply brilliant. When other companies struggled to be able to get me accepted for car finance, it was a breeze for them. I was gobsmacked when I was told I had been accepted and my Ford C-Max was ready for me to collect within a matter of days. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had making a purchase from a company; it really was perfect. 

It is true that car dealerships get a very bad name for using hard sales tactics and trying to push someone into a sale; however, my recent experience with Concept Car Credit in Manchester was completely different. From the word go, I was greeted with a warm smile by their sales agent, Gaz, and he told me to take my time looking around the cars. Gaz was there to answer any questions I had if need be, but he never watched over me or made me feel rushed. A solid five stars.

From making the initial enquiry to the handover of my Audi A3 everything was seamless. The salesperson that looked after me was super clear on the process and what was involved. Thank you for everything 😉

I love my Nissan that I bought from Concept Car Finance. I was kept in the loop with things, and they made everything really easy to understand. Honestly, if you're thinking of giving this company a try, I can seriously recommend them. 

After the amazing service from Concept Car Credit in Manchester, I had to spend a few minutes of my time to write this review. I'm terrible with names, so I cannot remember who the sales agent was that looked after me, but what I can tell you is that he was such a lovely man and very well spoken. We had a chat and a giggle, so it felt more like talking to someone I knew than someone trying to flog me a car. On the handover, my Seat was presented well, and considering it is a white car, it looked spotless, so I could tell they had done a great job on the valeting side as well. I love my new car; it is doing just what I need it to, and I hope it remains that way for a good while yet. 

I bought my Kia from this dealership last month, and I was very impressed with the way that everything was handled. They found me the perfect car that fell within my budget on the monthly payments. If I ever need car finance in the future, I would definitely use this company again! 

I had a really great experience buying my Nissan from Concept Car Credit. It was Kieron who dealt with me. He was a friendly and professional salesman who answered all of my many questions and explained everything clearly. He got me a great deal on my finance and provided me with an all-around great service. I would highly recommend buying a car from Concept Car Credit and asking for Kieron. 

I applied for car finance with Concept Car Credit, just to see if there was any chance of getting a car given my circumstances. I didn't hold out much hope, but they managed to sort it all out for me. They bent over backwards to get me a really nice car. I doubt there is anyone out there better than this company if your looking to get a car on finance.

I give five stars to Concept Car Credit for their outstanding customer service. I was always kept up to date with things, and it was a quick process from start to finish. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and if you're looking to get your next car on finance, this is the place to go.
