Kieran was quick to get in touch when I first enquired about getting car credit, and I thought he was a pleasure to deal with. After telling him my budget and my ideal car, he did all of the leg work. I went for the BMW X1 and everything is running as it should.

I can't remember the account manager who looked after me, but all I can remember is that he was a scouse guy. Honestly, though he was brilliant! he was such a gentleman and he was very understanding of the fact that I haven't purchased through Concept Car Credit before. Everything was very easy and I was driving the car the very next day so I would 1 million percent use this company again.

Concept Car Credit were the supplier of my new Citroen C4, I went with Concept as they came very highly recommended had finance options which was the route I went on this occasion and I am very thankful for the team at Concept and how well they treated me. The finance process was simple and well refined, the car I received is in excellent condition and gives me no cause for concern. The professional and pleasant attitude of the staff went down very well as I have had no luck with car dealers in the past and had some serious issues with previous companies. Thank you Concept for restoring my faith that their are good people in the motor trade.

I went to Concept Car Credit as I had a bad crash and wrote my last A4 S Line off, I was made up having been without a car for 3 weeks with just how quickly the car was found, prepared, cleaned, serviced,, MOT'd and ready for me to take.. I think they had everything ready for me within 2/3 days. The car itself is exactly what I was hoping, very reminiscent of my last car. I cant commend Concept Car Credit enough for how well they handled me, and the quality of the car they sold me. Keep up the great work guys.

i really appreciate the attentive customer service and friendly approach from the team at Concept Car Credit, It felt very customer focused throughout, the gentlemen I was dealing with was very knowledgeable. The car itself is beautiful, a really nice Audi A3, it the best car I have owned in terms off performance, comfort and looks inside and out. The roads are terrible and I think I have gotten a slow puncture but I am pretty sure this is since the purchase.

Brilliant, I have had many many cars from Concept Car Credit, Gaz and Becs always take good care of me and sort me out. I have had Corsa's in the past but this is by far my fave and will likely keep this one longer than usual, i don't ever want to give it up. The car wasn't without issues in the early stages, everything was addressed and resolved very quickly, every time i buy from Concept, I think they cannot top the time before, every time I walk away feeling like they have exceeded my expectations and looking forward to the next time I can visit the guys.

I upgraded the Zafira I took from Concept Car Credit some few years back to a BMW 2 Series, I had such a good experience dealing with Concept last time that when I decided I wanted to change, I kept an eye on the website until I came across something I liked rather than shopping around. I saw the BMW 2 Series and really liked the look of it, I don't see many on the roads which was a large appeal and I absolutely love the car. It a significant upgrade for me and all the family love it too. John was brilliant from the inquiry, it was a done deal within about 2 hours, 10 out of 10 for me, the vehicle is great and service is spot on.

Everything is going really well with my new Renault Kadjar, It's not to dissimilar to the cars I have had in the past, I have had Renault's too as well so I knew exactly what I was getting. The finance process was quick and straight forward and Kieran was really helpful start to finish.

Really pleased with everything, I have had a little issue with the battery dying on me, the battery was replaced and the refund is taking a while to come through from the warranty, I'm confident this will come and aside from this, everything has been perfect.

I have always been a loyal Ford driver, I have had a Focus, a Fiesta, a Kuga and a KA, this time round, I decided to take a step in another direction, I chose a Nissan Note. The car has been excellent so far, it seems to grip the road better than any of the cars I have had before which I am impressed about. The customer service has felt very nice and the finance went through quick and easy, it was a long drive from Wakefield to Manchester to get this sorted however, well worth the travel.
