I went to Concept Car Credit as I had a bad crash and wrote my last A4 S Line off, I was made up having been without a car for 3 weeks with just how quickly the car was found, prepared, cleaned, serviced,, MOT'd and ready for me to take.. I think they had everything ready for me within 2/3 days. The car itself is exactly what I was hoping, very reminiscent of my last car. I cant commend Concept Car Credit enough for how well they handled me, and the quality of the car they sold me. Keep up the great work guys.

i really appreciate the attentive customer service and friendly approach from the team at Concept Car Credit, It felt very customer focused throughout, the gentlemen I was dealing with was very knowledgeable. The car itself is beautiful, a really nice Audi A3, it the best car I have owned in terms off performance, comfort and looks inside and out. The roads are terrible and I think I have gotten a slow puncture but I am pretty sure this is since the purchase.

Brilliant, I have had many many cars from Concept Car Credit, Gaz and Becs always take good care of me and sort me out. I have had Corsa's in the past but this is by far my fave and will likely keep this one longer than usual, i don't ever want to give it up. The car wasn't without issues in the early stages, everything was addressed and resolved very quickly, every time i buy from Concept, I think they cannot top the time before, every time I walk away feeling like they have exceeded my expectations and looking forward to the next time I can visit the guys.

I upgraded the Zafira I took from Concept Car Credit some few years back to a BMW 2 Series, I had such a good experience dealing with Concept last time that when I decided I wanted to change, I kept an eye on the website until I came across something I liked rather than shopping around. I saw the BMW 2 Series and really liked the look of it, I don't see many on the roads which was a large appeal and I absolutely love the car. It a significant upgrade for me and all the family love it too. John was brilliant from the inquiry, it was a done deal within about 2 hours, 10 out of 10 for me, the vehicle is great and service is spot on.

Everything is going really well with my new Renault Kadjar, It's not to dissimilar to the cars I have had in the past, I have had Renault's too as well so I knew exactly what I was getting. The finance process was quick and straight forward and Kieran was really helpful start to finish.

I have always been a loyal Ford driver, I have had a Focus, a Fiesta, a Kuga and a KA, this time round, I decided to take a step in another direction, I chose a Nissan Note. The car has been excellent so far, it seems to grip the road better than any of the cars I have had before which I am impressed about. The customer service has felt very nice and the finance went through quick and easy, it was a long drive from Wakefield to Manchester to get this sorted however, well worth the travel.

I could not commend Jamie any higher! I have an IVA on my record which has caused serious difficulties for other companies using the same lender as Concept Car Credit, I had been stressing for months with another company trying to get the finance in place, Jamie boxed it off and got it sorted for me within 2 hours.. 2 HOURS! I was shocked, relieved and almost didn't believe Jamie until I had the keys and was driving away in my new Nissan Juke. I had no issues getting my new Ford Focus, Joe from Concept Car Credit made the whole thing hassle free for me. I had a Golf previously and was driving this for years, it was a great reliable car but the millage was creeping up and it was time for a change. The size of the Golf was perfect and the Focus has turned out to be the perfect replacement. It has been an overwhelmingly positive experience dealing with Concept Car Credit. I have always been a massive fan off Jags but with how much my last one struggled in the snow and the nature of my work being around the Scottish Islands, I need a 4x4 and something sturdy and well grounded. The X5 I took is a different beast all together, I am really impressed with the performance of the car and have confidence it will handle the terrain well. The service has been really good, first-class friendly service, Gary was great to talk to really professional throughout. I recommended the company to friends and some family and even my brother is going to be calling in over the next couple days, he prefers his Mercedes and is looking for something more modern than what he has now.
