Laura has been excellent, patient, informative and really helpful when it came to the finance application. She was very understanding and helped me get accepted when everywhere else seemed like they didn't want to know about it. there wasn't much service history with the car and I am still awaiting an introduction from the warranty company however, i have had minimal issues with the car and I'm very happy with everything.

This is my second time coming back to Concept Car Credit and I am once again very happy with the service. The car was in excellent condition and readily available which was the main reason for settling on the Vauxhall Zafira, I've driven probably not far off 1000 miles already and there has been no cause for concern. Concept Car Credit are always my first point of call for new cars and I never leave disappointed.

This is my first-time using Concept Car Credit, they have a very pleasant team of committed staff over at the dealership and a lot of cars on offer to suit different budgets. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the dealership and finance company to begin with and I have had a small issue with the brakes in the last week too. I am returning to Concept Car Credit for my second car, I traded my old Vauxhall in for an Audi A3 which I had seen in the dealership. The cost difference between the two cars was minuscule, pounds and pence. I fell in love with the car at first site, I liked the appeal of having sport mode and the interior was really nice, leather seats with red stitching, heated seats for in the winter, I test drove the car and the engine sounds mint, it's really responsive and when we stopped I checked under the hood with no cause for concerns... Above all else I have always wanted a nice German motor and now I have one!

Every question I asked was answered, everything issue I have had has been address and there has always been someone at the other end of the phone ready to help me. I love my new Polo! My daughter and I have both been looking for a new car to share between us, granted it has been more for my daughter than me but that is because I am a delivery driver and no longer enjoy the novelty of driving, my daughter on the other hand is normally the one driving me around and so far we are both very happy with the car. We went with a Seat Ibiza because my daughter loved the aesthetic of it. I had no objections at all because I know if looked after they are bulletproof.

Everything was perfect start to finish I only wanted a cheap run around car and came away with a little Citroen DS3 Hatch, the car has been fine, no issues so far and I have put some serious millage on already. Honestly, couldn't be happier with everything.
