I have had many cars on finance over the last 14/15 years or so. I couldn't have asked for any better in dealing with Concept Car Credit. I took a car out which ended up having a lot of unforeseen issues, Concept took the car back without fuss and allowed me to choose something else which fell within my budget. I took a Nissan Note and I couldn't be happier with the car!

I went to Concept Car Credit in need of a new car, I had no real criteria in mind however I saw a Ford Focus in a really nice deep blue colour. I took the car and had an issue with the clutch pretty much straight away, this could have been the downfall of my experience however, it turned out to be the highlight as it showed how professional Concept are and I was amazed how they fixed the issue for me with no fuss.

I originally went to Concept Car Credit after a BMW which I had seen on their website, the car had sold and Kieran helped guide me to a decision and I settled on a Nissan Qashqai. Kieran had the patient of a saint dealing with my reservations and multiple visits to the site. The car itself is great, minor issue with the radio not working which Concept have very quickly sorted out for me. Full marks from me!

Went to purchase a vehicle and Laura made the whole experience wonderful . She helped me choose a car to meet my needs , sorted the finance , helped me with the radio and connecting my phone to the car . Absolutely lovely young lady , so polite , patient and kind .

From going online and filling in my details I was contacted by one of their loan advisors within the hour to talk me through everything and the options which they had available for me. I got accepted for the finance on the car which I wanted and it was ready for me to collect the very next day. I was shocked by how quickly things got done but also how efficiently and effectively they were as well. The Ford I bought off them is a little gem, everything I wanted it to be.

I have had a few cars from Concept Car Credit at Manchester now and always gone to Laura ....... she is bloody brilliant. Always on the ball with everything and she is so easy to get along with, thank you again Laura for another outstanding level of customer service you provided to me whilst getting my Seat from you. You certainly did go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I will see you in a few years time when I fancy something else.

Super customer care and a super car, I would return here again for sure. If you want car finance and are finding it hard to get this from anyone else give these a try they should be able to help you.

I had a wonderful customer service experience off Keiron from concept car, the all experience was very simple with no pressure, I told him what type of car I was looking for. Gaz found a choice of cars for me to choose from and sent videos of the different ones. Once I decided which car to go for Gaz found me the ideal finance option, my Corsa was ready to collect within a matter of days. No hassle or fuss throughout the whole process!
