I have just upgraded my old Corsa for a newer more modern one and it is so much better, tis so nice inside and much smoother to drive. I hadn't heard of Concept and didn't know anybody that had used them before but I 100% recommend them to everybody! Kieran was superb, I am not computer literate, I am old school but Kieran went through everything with me in great detail and really helped me, he told me to give him a call if I needed any further assistance with anything and he was always on the other end of the phone. Everyone that has been involved have been brilliant it was not just one person to me it is the whole team that helped along the way.

It is not the first time I have used concept car credit and it will not be the last. The service that they offer is second to none and it is so simple and hassle free. My BMW X1 is a lovely drive, totally flawless. Anyone that is finding in difficult to get credit elsewhere give these a try, they will certainly be able to help you!

Just bought an Insignia and it is spot on, I am very happy with it. I dealt with Jamie and he was bang on. I had an issue with the car but they took ownership of this and they were rapid in getting this all sorted for me. Credit where it is due to Concept car credit.

This is my first ever car so I am over the moon, I learnt to drive in a Mercedes so it took me a while to get use to my VW Polo, now that I have done I am well chuffed with it. The women I dealt with at concept car credit was really polite and the service was very fast from applying for credit to driving away in my Mondeo it was all done and dusted within the hour.

I just wanted to a leave a review to explain how much Concept have helped me. I applied for credit with somebody else but I was not successful. Not long after I got a phone call from Concept and they said they could help me. I saw a variety of cars on their website but their Vauxhall Meriva seemed to tick all the boxes for me. Everything is sound with my Audi Q5. Everything was done on the phone with Concept, from the comfort of my own home. I did not have to go up there and mess around and I didn't want to go out of my way to be told I couldn't get credit. I got accepted for the credit, and I only went there when I needed to pick the car up. It was all ready for me very clean and all the documents ready to go no messing around at all.

It was not the first time I have used concept car credit and it won't be the last, I had a Ford Focus previously and I decided it was time for me to get a newer addition. I was struggling to get finance elsewhere but concept car credit managed to arrange this for me. The new Ford Focus is a dream... I am very happy.
