I am over the moon with my Dacia its so easy to drive and very comfortable. The service off concept car credit was brilliant, very easy to understand and explained perfectly.

My Insignia is beautiful, it drives smooth, my children love it too. It is a very well kept car in great condition. I had an slight issue but Concept Car Credit made sure this was put right in a timely manner. Everything was spot on.

I called them and everything was done over the phone, we sorted it on the Saturday and I had the car on Wednesday, the whole process went smoothly and was really fast. I love the Nissan Juke it is nice to have a bigger car, I went to this from a Mini and it is a big change in the size. I have a new born baby so this helps massively with the extra space.

We had a Seat before we purchased the Audi A3, I must say it took me a while to get used to it but now that I have done it is a little gem. It is a lovely car to drive. Concept Car Credit were more than helpful, it was brilliant we did not have to do a thing, they did everything for us from begin to end.

Apart from asking for a bigger deposit than was agreed before we went to pick up the car we were offered a smaller car that we didn't really want but was able to get the deposit reduced for the car we wanted and thank you very much for all your time and help we love the car

Apart from a little issue with the tyre pressure sensor, the car is absolutely fantastic, can't fault it. The Focus is lovely to drive and is in great condition too. Everyone at Concept were brilliant to deal with, very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant, really happy with the customer service provided. They have helped me out quite a bit with the car actually, they are covering the cost of the diagnostics and the small issues it does have so I can't fault them really. Their customer service has been top notch, definitely deserving of the 5 stars!

I am really happy with the Peugeot, it is a lovely car. Concept were quick at sorting our application and we received the car in a matter of days, I am really happy overall.
