My partner I saw a Ford Mondeo on Concept's website, we test drove a few vehicles we had seen on site which hadn't been on the website, inevitably, we ended up test the Mondeo anyway and when we got back, my partner and I didn't say a word, just looked at each other and smiled, It's faster, comfier and in every way better than the others we tried, we are both very happy with the car.

I have been after a new car for a while but struggled to find something which ticks all the boxes and falls within my budget. I travelled to Concept Car Credit on a whim and I am so glad I did, they had a sweet ford Focus which was low millage and within my budget, can't moan at the process because it was really quick and easy, as for the car, I love it!

Bought a Nissan Juke for my wife, we settled on the car because we live in a very rural area and needed the ground clearance to get up the driveway. She was very understanding and helped me get accepted when everywhere else seemed like they didn't want to know about it. there wasn't much service history with the car and I am still awaiting an introduction from the warranty company however, i have had minimal issues with the car and I'm very happy with everything.

The car was in excellent condition and readily available which was the main reason for settling on the Vauxhall Zafira, I've driven probably not far off 1000 miles already and there has been no cause for concern. This is my first-time using Concept Car Credit, they have a very pleasant team of committed staff over at the dealership and a lot of cars on offer to suit different budgets. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the dealership and finance company to begin with and I have had a small issue with the brakes in the last week too. Aside from this, it's been a very positive and very pleasant experience. Couldn't be happier!
